DOMESTIC ORDERS (Australia) are shipped via Aus Post
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via AusPost
- Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days
- All orders will be provided with a tracking number via email or SMS
- We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked at check out. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
- Kalani the Label is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended
Aus Post Domestic Express - ( 1-3 days Business Days )
- Free for orders over $100
- Flat rate $10 AUD for orders under $100
International Express - ( approximately 10-15 business days)
- Free for orders over $200
- Flat rate $20 AUD for orders under $200
PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info
CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
- Kalani the Label is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
- All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
- To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".
- We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are welcome to return your order for size swaps (if stock is available) and store credit. Refunds are only offered on faulty items.
Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.
In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unworn unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with tags and packing (including hygiene liner and cotton pouch)
- Proof of purchase or receipt.

We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item. Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
