Is your swim true to size?
Our sizing is true to size. If your are still unsure please refer to our size chart in the footer menu, or contact us info@kalanithelabel.com for further assistance.

How do I care for my Kalani Swim?
Hand wash in cold water and dry in the shade
Please note: Do not dry clean, wash in warm water, place in washing machine/dryer, or come into contact with rough surfaces
 

How long does shipping take?
Domestic (Australia) vow Aus Post Express: 1-2 Business Days.

International via DHL Express: 3-4 Business Days.

How are we taking sustainable and environmentally friendly steps?              All orders are packaged in our reusable Kalani the Label cotton carry pouch. Your order is also shipped in a compostable poly mailer bag. All of our packaging materials and processes are plastic-free and eco-conscious. 

How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to alter or cancel it. Please double-check all information before proceeding with your purchase. However, if you need to change or update details such as your shipping info please email us info@kalanithelabel.com

Do you offer refunds & returns?
Returns - You are welcome to return your order as long as you meet the following requirements:

  • Must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
  • Must be returned with swing tag, cotton carry pouch, hyoegine pad and packaging 

You are then welcome to swap for something different or receive store credit.
Refunds - Refunds are only offered on faulty items. Please contact info@kalanithelabel.com regarding returns or refunds.
